Each interviewee called for a unique composition to reflect their perspective. We placed the customer in front of a colorful mural; we used a more traditional interview setup for Zoom’s CTO; and because our last interview was with an outside consultant, we chose to walk-the-walk and use Zoom itself to conduct the interview.
